The Shimano Sephia Clinch Rattle is an evolved rattle-type egi designed to attract squid even when it’s not darting. Unlike standard rattling squid jigs that only produce sound during jerks, this model features Shimano’s original rattle system that activates during the free fall and curve fall. When the lure makes bottom contact, its buoyant body rises, changing the lure’s angle and triggering the internal glass rattle to emit a sound. Even the slightest current causes subtle movements that continue to generate noise, allowing it to appeal to squid while staying almost motionless on the bottom.
